Return and exchange are not available for all sale items in "on sale" category.

Returns must be made no later 14 days after receiving the merchandise.

Cancellations

To cancel orders retail customers must contact via email (carolinaimaginationgroup@gmail.com) within 48 hours after placing order. Cancellations require authorization before order completion. Confirmed cancellations will be reflected by email after they have been approved.

All sales are final and non-refundable. However in special cases, only merchandise exchanges or store credit may be issued
